Who is Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli?
Caesar is the proud, hot-blooded Italian Hamon warrior at the heart of Battle Tendency. Grandson of Will Zeppeli, he carries a heavy family legacy and a chip on his shoulder to match. He starts out as Joseph Joestar’s rival, but the two temper each other into genuine partners and close friends. Beneath the swagger is a fighter defined by devotion — to his bloodline, his master, and the people he refuses to let down.
Fighting style: Hamon
Caesar’s take on Hamon — the Ripple, a sunlight-energy technique drawn from disciplined breathing — is uniquely his own. He channels it through soap bubbles, forming bubble lenses that magnify and redirect his energy and razor-edged bubble cutters that slice from a distance. It is elegant, precise, and unmistakably a Zeppeli craft, ending with his self-sacrificing stand against the Pillar Man Wamuu.
