Who is Secco?
Secco is a feral, childlike henchman who serves the doctor Cioccolata during Part 5: Golden Wind. He behaves less like a soldier and more like a loyal animal, lurching between grovelling servility and sudden savagery with almost no warning. That volatility makes him one of the arc’s most unsettling opponents — you never quite know which Secco you are dealing with from one moment to the next.
Stand: Oasis
Secco wields Oasis, a Stand that lets him soften solid ground and swim through it as if the earth were water. He can dive into a wall, a floor or a street and surface anywhere he likes, erupting into an ambush from a surface no one thought to watch. That freedom of movement, paired with his unpredictable temperament, turns any terrain into a potential trap.
