Diavolo is a confirmed SSR unit from Part 5 in JoJo: Golden Spirit (fighting style not yet revealed). Here’s who he is and whether he’s worth chasing at launch.
⚠️ Not verified yet: we have not checked Diavolo’s exact skills, stats or star-up path against the live game. This page covers what is confirmed — rarity, Part and fighting style — together with the source material. The full kit lands here once we can take it from the game itself rather than from a pre-release listing.
Who is Diavolo?
Diavolo is the hidden Boss of the Passione crime syndicate and the main antagonist of Part 5: Golden Wind. Obsessively secretive, he guards his identity above all else and will erase anyone who edges too close to the truth of who he is. He also shares a single body with a gentler split personality named Vinegar Doppio, a duality the story uses to keep his true face hidden almost to the very end.
Stand: King Crimson
Diavolo commands King Crimson, a Stand that can erase a short span of time — skipping past roughly ten seconds so that events still arrive, but without their cause ever being lived through. Opponents find their attacks have already missed and their moves already countered, unable to grasp what happened in the gap. It pairs with a precognitive sub-ability, Epitaph, which previews the near future so Diavolo knows exactly which stretch of time to skip.

Should you reroll for Diavolo?
A marquee SSR villain is a tempting opening pull, but Golden Spirit rewards a balanced team over any single character. If Diavolo appeals to you, a light reroll is reasonable — see the reroll guide and check the confirmed roster on the tier list.
