JoJo: Golden Spirit — Rubber Soul (R) Guide

Rubber Soul is a confirmed R unit from Part 3 in JoJo: Golden Spirit (fighting style not yet revealed). Here’s who they are and what to expect at launch.
⚠️ Pre-launch note: Rubber Soul’s exact skills, stats and star-up path aren’t public until the August 13 launch. This page covers the confirmed facts (rarity, Part, style) and his source material — we add the full kit on day one.
Who is Rubber Soul?
Rubber Soul is a small-time crook working for DIO in Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. Greedy and gleeful, he’d rather cheat and impersonate his way to a win than fight fair, using his Stand to wear a friendly face right up until the knife comes out. He’s the kind of enemy who beats you by making you trust him first.
Stand: Yellow Temperance
His Stand, Yellow Temperance, is a shapeshifting slime that can copy any person or object down to the last detail — a perfect disguise you can’t tell from the real thing. It can’t simply be grabbed and pulled off, either: the moment it latches on it begins corroding whatever it touches, spreading across the surface and eating into it. Fighting it head-on only feeds it, which makes Yellow Temperance as much a puzzle as an opponent.
Rubber Soul in Golden Spirit
- Rarity: R
- Part: 3 (Stardust Crusaders)
- Fighting style: not yet revealed
- Kit & stats: pending — confirmed at the August 13 launch
A defensive, corrosive Stand like Yellow Temperance could point toward a durable or attrition-based role once the roster’s fighting styles are settled — but that’s guesswork until launch. We’ll confirm his actual kit as soon as it’s public.
Is Rubber Soul worth using?
R units like Rubber Soul are common, entry-level pulls you’ll rack up naturally, not the reason to spend a reroll. He can plug a gap in your early lineup while you grow a proper roster, but your marquee slots belong to rarer units. Plan your pulls with the reroll guide and check his standing on the tier list.
