JoJo: Golden Spirit — Pesci (R) Guide

Pesci is a confirmed R unit from Part 5 in JoJo: Golden Spirit (fighting style not yet revealed). Here’s who they are and what to expect at launch.
⚠️ Pre-launch note: Pesci’s exact skills, stats and star-up path aren’t public until the August 13 launch. This page covers the confirmed facts (rarity, Part, style) and his source material — we add the full kit on day one.
Who is Pesci?
Pesci is a young, timid assassin of La Squadra Esecuzioni, the hit-team faction of Part 5: Golden Wind. Nervous and unsure of himself, he leans heavily on his sharp, older partner Prosciutto, whom he idolises and desperately wants to impress. His arc turns on a single question: whether a frightened boy can find the resolve to fight for someone who believes in him.
Stand: Beach Boy
Pesci wields Beach Boy, a Stand shaped like a fishing rod. Its line slips harmlessly through solid matter — walls, clothing, skin — until it hooks a chosen point inside a target’s body, then reels out organs and internal tissue as if landing a catch. The catch is that the weapon only grows truly lethal once Pesci overcomes his fear; the more resolve he finds, the more precise and deadly the line becomes.

Is Pesci worth using?
R units like Pesci are common, entry-level pulls rather than reroll targets, so there’s no reason to chase him specifically. He’s still handy for filling out an early roster while you build toward stronger characters — see the reroll guide for who to prioritise, and check where he lands on the tier list once it’s live.
