Who is Melone?
Melone is one of the more unsettling assassins of La Squadra in Part 5: Golden Wind. Coldly analytical and disturbingly detached, he treats killing as a calculation — running the numbers, feeding data to his Stand and letting the results play out. His clinical, methodical menace makes him one of the eeriest opponents the squad puts in the protagonists’ path.
Stand: Baby Face
Melone’s Stand Baby Face builds a homunculus from a victim’s blood — a “child” born from a small sample and a set of inputs. Once created, it grows rapidly, learns as it goes and hunts on its own, tracking its target with an intelligence that sharpens by the minute. It fights independently while still obeying Melone’s cold calculations, making it a self-directed predator he can simply set loose and let mature.
