Mario Zucchero is a confirmed SR unit from Part 5 in JoJo: Golden Spirit (fighting style not yet revealed). Here’s who they are and whether they’re worth chasing at launch.

⚠️ Not verified yet: we have not checked Mario Zucchero’s exact skills, stats or star-up path against the live game. This page covers what is confirmed — rarity, Part and fighting style — together with the source material. The full kit lands here once we can take it from the game itself rather than from a pre-release listing.

Who is Mario Zucchero?

Zucchero is an assassin of La Squadra, the rogue hit squad hunting the boss’s secrets in Part 5: Golden Wind. Quiet and methodical, he specialises in stealth over confrontation, working his way close to a target before they ever realise a Stand user is among them. He’s the kind of enemy who has already won before the fight looks like it has begun.

Stand: Soft Machine

Zucchero’s Stand Soft Machine deflates people and objects like emptied balloons, flattening a target until it’s limp and paper-thin. A deflated victim can be folded, hidden or carried away without a trace, and Zucchero uses the same trick on himself and his surroundings to infiltrate — slipping aboard a target he has pierced and lying in wait, unseen, until the moment to strike arrives.

Mario Zucchero in Golden Spirit

  • Rarity: SR
  • Part: 5 (Golden Wind)
  • Fighting style: not yet revealed
  • Kit & stats: not verified yet — we are measuring these in game (checked August 13, 2026)

A stealth-and-infiltration Stand like Soft Machine could map to a disruptive, control-style role among the fighting styles, but that’s guesswork until his kit is public. We’ll confirm everything at launch.

Should you reroll for Mario Zucchero?

Zucchero is an SR — a situational addition rather than a headline reroll target. Golden Spirit favours a balanced team, so weigh him with the reroll guide and the confirmed tier list before spending rolls.
