Who is DIO?
DIO is the vampire archenemy of the Joestar bloodline and the central villain of Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. Once the ambitious Dio Brando, he claims a body and a Stand of his own, returning as a near-immortal foe. Charismatic, cruel and utterly convinced of his own superiority, he stands as the defining antagonist of the entire franchise.
Stand: The World
DIO wields The World, a powerful humanoid Stand built on raw strength and speed. Its feared trump card is the ability to stop time — freezing everything around it while DIO moves freely, striking before his enemies can even react. Combined with his vampiric might, it makes him one of the deadliest presences in JoJo.
