Anjuro Katagiri is a confirmed R unit from Part 4 in JoJo: Golden Spirit (fighting style not yet revealed). Here’s who they are and what to expect at launch.

⚠️ Not verified yet: we have not checked Anjuro Katagiri’s exact skills, stats or star-up path against the live game. This page covers what is confirmed — rarity, Part and fighting style — together with the source material. The full kit lands here once we can take it from the game itself rather than from a pre-release listing.

Who is Anjuro Katagiri?

Anjuro Katagiri — better known as Angelo — is the first villain of Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable. A cold, remorseless killer, he becomes the story’s opening threat when the Stand-granting Arrow awakens a power in him, marking him as the first of Morioh’s Arrow-born menaces. There’s no charm to soften him: he simply hunts.

Stand: Aqua Necklace

Angelo’s Stand, Aqua Necklace, is a body of living water with no fixed shape. It slides into its victims through any liquid they come into contact with — a sip of a drink, water from a running faucet, even the moisture already on their skin — and then strikes from inside the body, where no guard or dodge can reach it. It makes Angelo an assassin who can kill without ever being seen approaching.

Anjuro Katagiri in Golden Spirit

  • Rarity: R
  • Part: 4 (Diamond is Unbreakable)
  • Fighting style: not yet revealed
  • Kit & stats: not verified yet — we are measuring these in game (checked August 13, 2026)

An infiltrating Stand like Aqua Necklace could suggest an assassin or damage-over-time angle once the roster’s fighting styles are locked in, though that’s speculation for now. We’ll confirm his real kit as soon as it’s public.

Is Anjuro Katagiri worth using?

As an R, Angelo is a common, entry-level pull you’ll collect naturally rather than a reroll priority. His menacing flavour can earn him an early-game slot while you build depth, but the strongest rosters are anchored by rarer units. Plan your pulls with the reroll guide and see how he ranks on the tier list.
