JoJo Golden Spirit: Guild System Guide

Guilds in Golden Spirit bundle four separate systems — daily Guild Quests, Guild Training, the Entertainment Wheel, and two boss/exploration events on a weekly schedule — and only one of them (Guild Boss) is actually a boss fight. Leaving a guild locks you out of joining another for 30 minutes, so treat guild-hopping as a real decision, not a free action.

Guild Quests: the daily baseline

Guild Quests reset daily, pay out individual rewards, and contribute to the guild’s shared progress total. Progress milestones unlock Progress Chests, and both the shared progress and any unclaimed milestones reset daily — there’s no rollover, so an inactive guild leaves reward tiers on the table every single day.

Guild Training: a global stat boost, split by fighting style

Guild Training raises global attributes across all six fighting styles, using Training Vouchers for Basic Training (HP/Attack/Defense) and Combat Recordings for Intensive Training once thresholds are reached. The key detail: bonuses gained within a specific style apply only to characters matching that combat type — training the Support style doesn’t help your Assault-type units. Every time all six styles reach another multiple of 5 in Basic Training, the guild’s overall level cap rises, gating access to Intensive Training further. See the fighting styles guide for which units belong to which style.

The Entertainment Wheel

Members get up to 20 Wheel Tokens daily, one spin per token. The wheel has 16 outcome slots at 6.25% each, split between special tiles (One More Time re-rolls the spin, Lucky Roll grants dice-based point rewards, Angel Investment advances 6 tiles while collecting everything along the way, Lucky Wheel triggers a bonus sub-wheel) and resource tiles covering most of the game’s core materials — Coins, Courage/Ability Essence, Training Vouchers, Astrogems, Gallery items, Refined Iron, Memory Shards, Guild Contribution, and Dramatic Scenes. Every spin also feeds Guild Entertainment XP and the guild’s shared spin count, which unlocks milestone rewards independent of what any individual spin rolls.

Guild Exploration: the 4-zone weekly event

Opens on Day 9 of a region and runs 7 days on, 7 days off. Four sequential zones each contain four blocks and a boss — members clear quests within blocks for individual and guild points, and once the guild hits the zone’s point threshold, the boss unlocks for everyone to damage together until it falls, opening the next zone.

Quests come in two flavors: Public Quests (periodic, shared) and Individual Quests (unique per player, up to four accepted at once across both types). Individual Quests reset daily on their own, or can be manually reset after a cooldown (or instantly with Astrogems) — abandoning one doesn’t refund the attempt it consumed. Each member can challenge a zone boss up to three times daily, and rewards split between guild-wide point milestones and individual rewards that require hitting both a personal and a guild threshold.

Guild Boss: rally teams, not solo damage races

Opens on the region’s second day, runs 7 days on, 7 days off, and rotates three bosses, each live for two days with a final display-only day. Members form Rally teams of a Captain plus up to two others. The Captain’s up-to-five-character lineup becomes the whole team’s shared Challenge Lineup; each other member separately contributes a Support Lineup of up to three characters, whose fighting styles grant matching stat bonuses to the shared Challenge Lineup. Everyone has to ready up before the Captain can lock the team and start challenges.

Reward thresholds only need one team member to hit the damage requirement for the whole team to get paid — coordination matters more than everyone individually maximizing damage. This is a fundamentally different structure from World Boss, which is solo damage against a shared regional leaderboard rather than a 3-person rally system.
